Refund policy
- In the event of price decreases, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the price difference. Please be careful when placing orders.
- Money will only be refunded if you return the product to us within 8 days of reception. Only products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for reimbursement. This compensation scheme applies if you have changed your mind or if it appears that you lack the knowledge to use the product. The customer is responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned goods.
- If you have received incorrect or damaged products or if any products are missing, Soap Treatment Store must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. You can do this by sending a message to the following email address: info@soaptreatmentstore.com stating your name and order number.
- If you have received a product(s) that you did not order, please leave the sealed packaging intact. An unwanted product that is still used is considered a product that has been accepted by the customer. The opened product cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Soap Treatment Store remains the owner of goods shipped in error.
