About us
In June 2024, Soap merged with BM Clinics. BM Clinics operates in the injectables sector and, like Soap, has multiple locations. Due to the merger, there is nationwide coverage, although the concepts differ from each other. There are still many opportunities in the Dutch market, which we aim to achieve with our growth ambitions.
To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Digital Performance Manager who will focus on the digital marketing strategies for both brands.
About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and improving digital campaigns aimed at lead generation through platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram (META). Your other tasks will include:
- Data analysis and adjustments: Use your analytical skills to evaluate online performance and optimize campaign results, focusing on funnel management.
- Providing feedback to creatives: Collaborate with the creative team to increase conversions by sharing valuable insights and recommendations.
- A/B testing: Conduct experiments and optimize strategies to maximize conversion rates within the funnel.
- Results-oriented reporting: Closely monitor campaign performance and propose improvements based on data analysis.
- Staying up-to-date with trends: Ensure that you are always aware of the latest developments in digital marketing and advertising.
About you
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A strong interest in digital marketing and performance advertising, with specific knowledge of lead generation and funnel management.
- Relevant experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and META.
- Experience with social media and funnel management (optimizing campaigns from audience definition and targeting to conversion within Shopify's own web environment) is a plus.
- An analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- A team player who also takes initiative independently.
